DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

Please note that delivery is currently only possible within England & Wales.

We offer two delivery options for stock items:

  • Economy: 3 to 5 working days
  • Next working day (on orders processed before midday)

Items that are ordered upon request will take longer. They will be dispatched as above, once they are in stock.

Free economy delivery is offered for orders over £150. This will be offered during checkout.

Returns

We aim for all deliveries to be perfect, but we understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item is incorrect or is damaged, we can help you out.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@threshers.co.uk or 0800 328 5303 within 7 days of receiving the item to request replacement or return.

Refunds (whether full or partial, including reductions in price) will be issued within 14 calendar days of the day on which we agree that you are entitled to the refund. Replacements will be delivered within 14 calendar days of us receiving the original item from you.
